Dear all, we have recently been supplied with a quantity of roller bearings BC1-3342B (p.n.: X30125397 for the X30 engine) where the lateral washer shows a slightly different appearance featuring a small frontal groove as shown in the picture below:
This is just due to the manufacturing process, probably done in a different facility. Of course the engine integrity and performance are not affected by the a.m. bearings.
We kindly ask you to inform the Federation of your reference, the IAME classes race promoters and edit the class regulations if needed.
